MEDIATION & CONCILIATION UPDATE

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

Further to our notice of July 17, 2015, the Union filed a Notice of Dispute with the Director General of Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services on Friday, July 17, 2015.

We received notification on July 23, 2015 of the appointment of Mr. John Rooney as our Mediation/Conciliation Officer.

The parties have confirmed their availability to meet and the conciliation process will commence on July 30 & 31, 2015.

We will continue to keep you informed of any developments in the process.
