SICK VACATION BIDDING MEMO
To: All Ramp and Staff
The sick vacation bids are now out. Sick vacation day bids will be bid via phone in # 604-303-0461 or in person at the union office room 4212 level 4 domestic terminal. Bid sheets are also available should you choose this option and are available in the ramp office.
Sick vacation is day for day and will be bid by seniority.
Bidding will start Monday January 05, 2015. If you are bidding by paper, these bids will have to be in by 0900 on Monday January 05, 2015 in the white box. Pls see posted memo with call in times.
A list of sick vacation entitlements will be posted early January.
Please be aware that if you are bidding sick vacation days and do not have sufficient days, those days will be voided and the time off will be granted.
