Note: The Nominator must be present at the meeting for the nomination to be accepted from the floor and if the Nominee is not present, he/she must provide a letter of acceptance to the Trustee prior to the start of the meeting, stating that they will accept the position for which they are nominated. The Nominee(s) and the Nominator(s) must be Members in good standing of Local Lodge 16 for the nomination to be accepted.
