Further to our bulletin of January 11, 2013, benefit presentation and enrollment sessions have been scheduled in the Vancouver Airport Authority Boardroom, DTB, Room 4106 for all Members employed by Servisair, Swissport and Contemporary Security Canada, as follows:
January 23, 2013 @ 11:00 (for Contemporary Security Canada Members only)
January 23, 2013 @ 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 19:00, 20:00 and 21:00
January 24, 2013 @ 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00 and 18:00
January 25, 2013 @ 07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00
PARTICIPATION AT THE INFORMATION SESSIONS IS MANDATORY in order to receive your new cards and booklets together with an explanation of the benefits, enhancements and claiming processes. (Separate arrangements can be made for those not-actively at work if necessary). Each member will be required to verify the information on the new enrolment forms to ensure that the information supplied on file is still current for the proper and uninterrupted payment of their claims effective February 1.
