UPDATE – FEBRUARY 7, 2019
Dear Members:
The Company has notified the Canadian Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) that they are no longer prepared to hold their Section 87.4 Essential Services Application in abeyance.
The CIRB has confirmed that the application is no longer in abeyance and has directed the parties to make submissions on the matter.
We are working with Legal Counsel on the IAMAW’s submission and will provide updates to the Membership, as they become available on the status of the proceedings.
