Dear Brothers and Sisters:

We are pleased to advise the Membership that preparations for our upcoming round of Collective Bargaining with G4S are well underway. Your elected Committee will be meeting in Vancouver the week of October 16 – 20, 2017 to review the results of the Collective Bargaining Surveys in order to prepare/prioritize our Bargaining Agenda. Your Negotiations Committee Representatives are:
• Brother Brian Jan – Island Bases
• Sister Gwenna Humphreys – Interior Bases
• Brother Vic Greco – Northern Bases
• Brother Neil Chia – Vancouver
• Brother Rick Singh – Vancouver
• Chris Thompson – Vancouver
• Brother John Vincent – Vancouver
• Sister Millice Wong – Vancouver

An electronic Collective Bargaining Survey is now available on the Local Lodge 16 website at iamaw16.ca and Members are encouraged to complete the survey on-line. A limited number of paper surveys are available from your Negotiations Committee Representative and from the Local Lodge 16, at the Level 4 offices at YVR.

Survey drop-in sessions have been scheduled at the Local Lodge 16 offices, as follows:
Please note: Attendance is on your own time either, during a break or before/after shift.
Monday, September 25, 2017: 09:00 – 21:00
Wednesday, September 27, 2017: 09:00 – 21:00
Saturday, September 30, 2017: 09:00 – 15:00

Surveys must be completed on-line or returned to your respective Negotiations Committee
Representative, or the Local Lodge 16 offices, no later than the end of your shift on Friday, October 6, 2017.
