Our wish is for a new government that will implement a $15 per hour minimum wage and put an end to poverty wages in BC. We wish for strengthened employment standards and health and safety legislation to make sure workers are safe and treated fairly on the job. We also need a $10 a day childcare plan that will benefit both families and employers.

On May 9, 2017, we will have a chance to make our wishes a reality. We can vote for a new government that will put the interests of working people ahead of the rich and the powerful.

To make this change happen, we will need to work together and that is why the BC Federation of Labour and its affiliate unions have launched a new campaign, Together for BC. We know better can happen here.
