SWISSPORT RESULTS OF RATIFICATION VOTE – November 22, 2016

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

The results of the ratification vote which took place on November 21, 2016
are as follows:
In Favour: 37%
Against: 63%

The results of the Strike Vote that took place on November 21, 2016 are as
follows:
In Favour: 71%
Against: 29%

The Company and Mediator have been advised of the results and we have
expressed our availability to resume discussions and address the needs of

In the interim the Committee will meet and discuss the next steps.
