COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

IMPLEMENTATION & RETROACTIVITY

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

Further to our communications on Friday, July 17, 2015 concerning the Ratification Results throughout the Region Bases, the amendments are effective immediately and the Collective Agreement is in force.

The Company and Union met this morning to discuss the implementation of payroll related changes, adjustments and retroactive payments associated with the Ratification of the Collective Agreement.

Please be advised that the General Wage Increase will be in effect from Sunday, July 26,2015; and, the period of retroactivity will be between April 1, 2015 and July 25, 2015.

Additionally, employees will be paid out for Sick Days accumulated in excess of twelve (12) days as of April 1, 2015 in accordance with the changes in Clause 21.03 (a).

All retroactive pay and adjustments will be made on the August 14, 2015 deposit.
