Young Workers School at Camp Jubilee
Camp Jubilee was a great op-portunity for me to learn about union history, the current is-sues facing workers and young workers in particular, and to meet other young people in the labour movement.
Kari Michaels, BCGEU
Engaging with contagiously enthusiastic unionists my age convinced me to shift and focus my time and energy into the labour movement.
Maxx McKenzie, IATSE 891
Camp Jubilee was my 2nd introduction to the labour movement and what an experience it was! The people I met there have become some of my closest union brothers and sisters and the lessons we learnt in those short 2 days have stuck with me for the past 2 years since I attended camp.
Cody Crick, Unifor
