1)That Local Lodge 16 purchase a supply of logoed hats, toques and t-shirts, as promotional items, cost not to exceed $10,000.

2) That Local Lodge 16 send two (2) Delegates to the IAM District Lodge 140 Annual Convention to be held in Montreal in October 2015, dates to be confirmed, lost time and expenses paid.  Nominations in February 2015 and elections in April 2015.

3)That Local Lodge 16 send three (3) Delegates to the IAM Air Transport Conference to be held in Florida in August 2015, lost time and expenses paid.  Nominations in February and elections in April 2015.

             In order for any member to be eligible for nomination, the member must be in good standing for a period of one (1) year and have attended at least fifty percent (50%) of the regular Local Lodge monthly meetings in the preceding twelve (12) months of their nomination.  Please familiarize yourself with Article 2, Section(s) H & I of the Local Lodge 16 Bylaws.

The General Meeting is open to all bargaining units and the members of Local Lodge 16. It is encouraged for all members to join and participate.
