Local Lodge 16 will be taking the initiative to host more social events for the membership in the future. In order to be cost effective, the purchase of a BBQ, tables and chairs is required.                        untitled

Motion:

The Executive recommends that Local Lodge 16 purchase a BBQ, approximately 20 chairs and approximately 5 tables. Costs are not to exceed $1500.
