SERVISAIR SUMMER SHIFT BID MEMO

The new PT shifts will be effective Sunday, June 22and will last tentatively till September 13.  Please be aware of the following rules:

• Leads – please refer to 17.09 of the CBA
• Changeable lines: there are lines that are marked as changeable; these lines can be changed if needed. Hours will be changed first prior to changing days off – those are marked “Changeable”.

Bid sufficient lines based on your seniority.

Regarding any vacation changes, must be changed before relief lines are bid. Please refer to your CBA 21.04 (f) or chief shop steward for additional clarification.

Lines and a list of part employees are posted below. Bid sheet and copies of the bids are available in the ramp office or Electronic copies are available by contacting Gurjinder Grewal: cssservisair@iamaw16.com or Milena Quirino at milena.quirino@swissport.com

Bids are due Wednesday, June 18 by 1400. Place bids into the white box. If no bid is received then a line will be assigned to you.
