ARBITRATION – POINT LEADERS – UPDATE

 Dear Brothers and Sisters:

The IAM and G4S attended Arbitration on August 14 & 15, 2013 and have with the assistance of Arbitrator Vince Ready, successfully reached an agreement on most of the outstanding issues between the parties related to the Grievance and Applications at the CIRB.

The provisions of the settlement agreement are presently being finalized between the parties with the assistance of counsel, which expect to sign on Monday, August 19 2013.

Once the settlement agreement is finalized and signed, the details will immediately be communicated to the membership.
