REDUCTION IN FORCE – POINT LEADERS – UPDATE
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Further to our Bulletin of March 25, 2013, the CIRB hearing to decide the Bad Faith Bargaining Complaint and application concerning Certification is scheduled to be heard by the Board, October 7 – 11, 2013, in Vancouver, BC.
We have just confirmed that the grievance arbitration will be heard by Arbitrator Vince Ready on August 14 & 15, 2013 in Vancouver. The venue has not yet been confirmed.
We will advise the Membership of any developments concerning the arbitration hearing or other instruction from the CIRB in the above proceedings as the information becomes available.
