The 2026 IAM Photography Contest invites members in good standing to submit authentic, unposed photos of fellow members at work. No staging – just real snapshots of the craftsmanship, focus, and teamwork that define our union.
Selected winners will earn a cash prize and have their work featured in the 2027 IAM Calendar, highlighting IAM members from across North America.
Proceeds from calendar sales also support Guide Dogs of America – Tender Loving Canines, helping provide life-changing service dogs to those in need.
