Anti-Scab legislation Bill C-58,\u00a0An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code and the Canada Industrial Relations Board Regulations,\u00a0<\/em>has been adopted at Third Reading in the Senate.<\/p>\n

This legislation will prohibit the use of replacement workers and improve the maintenance of activities in federally regulated workplaces in Canada.<\/p>\n

It has been a long time coming.<\/p>\n

The next step is receiving royal assent from the Senate.<\/p>\n
