{"id":926,"date":"2013-02-28T22:35:59","date_gmt":"2013-02-28T22:35:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/?p=926"},"modified":"2013-02-28T23:06:49","modified_gmt":"2013-02-28T23:06:49","slug":"g4s-pre-board-screening-personnel-local-lodge-16-pacific-region","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/?p=926","title":{"rendered":"G4S &#8211; PRE-BOARD SCREENING PERSONNEL LOCAL LODGE 16 \u2013 PACIFIC REGION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>VACATION PAYOUT \u2013 CLAUSE 18.04<br \/>\nDear Brothers and Sisters:<br \/>\nEmployees are entitled to annual vacation with pay, based on their<br \/>\ncontinuous service and their gross earnings in the preceding year in<br \/>\naccordance with Clause 18.01.<a href=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/how_to_get_free_vacation_600x450.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-927\" alt=\"how_to_get_free_vacation_600x450\" src=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/how_to_get_free_vacation_600x450-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nClause 18.04 provides that all employees shall receive their outstanding<br \/>\nvacation pay by separate deposit on the second regular pay day in February<br \/>\neach year, calculated up to the end of the preceding calendar year.<br \/>\nFor example, you earn vacation in 2011, to be taken in 2012.
