More than ever, our province needs a strong, stable, and compassionate government. We\u2019re committed to keeping people safe and leading British Columbians out of the COVID-19 pandemic \u2013 and building BC back stronger and better than before.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, 57 BC NDP MLAs were sworn in. And on Thursday, our new Cabinet was also sworn in. With this historic team, which reflects the diversity and resilience of British Columbians unlike any BC government before it, we\u2019re in a position to spend the next four years building a recovery that benefits all the people of BC.<\/p>\n

As Premier John Horgan said: \u201cIn electing this exceptional group of New Democrats, British Columbians gave us their trust to help them through the pandemic and lead our province\u2019s recovery.\u201d If you agree, send congratulations to your newly elected BC NDP team \u2013 and let them know you\u2019re with them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

With people across the world impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, it\u2019s vital that we take this opportunity to empathize with the millions of people still dealing with the effects of the HIV and AIDS pandemic.<\/div>\n

This coming Tuesday is World AIDS Day and December 1-5 marks Aboriginal AIDS Awareness Week. Please, take some time to learn about how HIV\/AIDS still impacts so many people.<\/p>\n
