{"id":740,"date":"2013-02-20T02:16:35","date_gmt":"2013-02-20T02:16:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/?p=740"},"modified":"2013-03-11T04:19:03","modified_gmt":"2013-03-11T04:19:03","slug":"g4s-pre-board-screening-personnel-local-lodge-16-pacific-region-performance-of-bargaining-unit-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/?p=740","title":{"rendered":"G4S &#8211; PRE-BOARD SCREENING PERSONNEL LOCAL LODGE 16 \u2013 PACIFIC REGION PERFORMANCE OF BARGAINING UNIT WORK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Brothers &amp; Sisters:<br \/>\nIt has been brought to the Union\u2019s attention that SDMs and\/or non-<br \/>\nBargaining Unit Personnel are continuing to perform Bargaining Unit<br \/>\nwork at some sites.<br \/>\nArticle 2.01 of the Collective Agreement recognizes the Union as the<br \/>\nsole Bargaining Agent for all employees of G4S Secure Solutions, at<br \/>\nthe eleven (11) airports throughout the Region certified by the IAM &amp;<br \/>\nAW.
