Direct bargaining sessions were held with G4S between September 7 \u2013 16, 2011.\u00a0 We completed our exchange of agendas and began exchanging proposals.\u00a0 Your Committee is scheduled to meet in-house on September 17 & 18, 2011 to continue working on language proposals.<\/p>\n
Please remember at times like this, certain people may attempt to take advantage and spread rumors in the workplace to harm the process or serve a personal agenda, creating division amongst the membership and undermining our success at the bargaining table.<\/p>\n
The IAM is the only Union meeting with G4S and we are working hard on your behalf to negotiate a new collective agreement.\u00a0 If you have any questions or concerns, please phone us at (604) 303-0461 or email us at info@iamaw16.ca.<\/p>\n
