After several rounds of mediation we have finished the non- monetary issues and proposed our monetary issues to the Company.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/bargaining-300x225.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-742\" src=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/bargaining-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/bargaining-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/bargaining-300x225-60x45.jpg 60w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The parties are scheduled to meet again on November 20,21 2018.
