After several rounds of mediation, the employer has agreed to key issues affecting Swissport workers. The company has replaced Louis Phillip Charland with Kim Thorne as Head negotiator.<\/p>\n<p>We have mutually agreed to many key articles proposed by the membership regarding job security and other important language issues.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/imagesCA2ZV157.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2371\" src=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/imagesCA2ZV157.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"252\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/imagesCA2ZV157.jpg 252w, https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/imagesCA2ZV157-60x47.jpg 60w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 252px) 100vw, 252px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The parities are scheduled to meet again and November 13,15,16, 2018 We will continue to keep you updated of any developments in the process.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to negotiate a fair and acceptable collective agreement.
