No grievances were resolved.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/bargaining-300x225.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-742\" src=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/bargaining-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/bargaining-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/bargaining-300x225-60x45.jpg 60w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We met in Direct Bargaining April 18, 19, 24 &#8211; 27, 2018 and again on May 17, 2018.<br \/>\nDiscussions continued on non-monetary items involving representation rights and structure, discipline, grievance and arbitration procedures, seniority, probation, leaves of absence, payroll discrepancies, vacation selection\/bidding, absenteeism concerns and scheduling matters.<\/p>\n<p>The parties are scheduled to meet again May 30 &#8211; June 1, 2018 and we will continue to keep you apprised of any developments in the process.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your patience and support.
