Help end poverty wages in BC<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Low-wage workers in BC are falling further behind. So today I’m telling the Fair Wages Commission to take the bold step of getting to a $15\/hr minimum wage no later than January 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

To truly build an economy that works for everyone, we need to raise wages quickly and eliminate all exemptions, like the liquor server wage. <\/span><\/p>\n

To make it happen we need your help. We need you – and five of your friends – <\/span> to tell the Fair Wages Commission it’s time for a $15\/hr minimum wage<\/a>. Having your say is easy, <\/span> watch our video about why it’s so important to raise the minimum wage.<\/a>
