NEGOTIATION UPDATE &#8211; TENTATIVE AGREEMENT <\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">HIGHLIGHTS [English\/French]<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dear Sisters and Brothers:<\/p>\n<p>Further to our bulletin of June 26, 2015, advising the Membership that a Tentative Agreement was reached between the IAMAW and G4S Secure Solutions (Canada) Ltd. on June 26, 2015, for all of the IAMAW Bargaining Units in the Pacific Region.<a href=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/update.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1215\" src=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/update.jpg\" alt=\"update\" width=\"381\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/update.jpg 381w, https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/update-300x266.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iamaw16.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/update-60x53.jpg 60w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 381px) 100vw, 381px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Highlights throughout the term of the Collective Agreement include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\uf0d8 General Wages Increases as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o 2.00% Effective April 1, 2015 (Retroactive for Wage Related Provisions)<\/p>\n<p>o 2.25% Effective April 1, 2016<\/p>\n<p>o 2.50% Effective April 1, 2017<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\uf0d8 3 Year Term Expiring March 31, 2018<\/li>\n<li>\uf0d8 COLA\/VRSC Improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o Regional Base Increases \u2013 Effective April 1, 2016<\/p>\n<p>o Improvements in the Qualifying and Eligibility Provisions<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\uf0d8 Introduction of LEAP &amp;
