As you know, there were problems with the COLA and VRSC calculations done by the employer. Clearly, there were glaring mistakes \u2013 members told us that in no uncertain terms! We filed a grievance and we got action!<\/p>\n
MORE THAN $450,000<\/strong> We know that some members are still struggling with issues concerning clawbacks and assessment dates. It is important that we discuss and resolve these issues immediately. Please bring the following to the union office: 1) your letters of assessment, 2) pay stubs and 3) any other correspondence from the employer regarding this issue.<\/p>\n It is critical we work together to resolve these issues. \nWe got it fixed! Our members RECEIVED<\/strong> more than $450,000 while reducing the clawback to only about $20,000. The company messed it up, but we got it fixed!<\/p>\n
