Nominations to be held during the General meeting on March 19, 2013. (Elections at the May General meeting)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: The <b>Nominator<\/b> must be present at the meeting for the nomination to be accepted from the floor and if the <b>Nominee<\/b> is not present, he\/she must provide a letter of acceptance to the Trustee <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">prior to the start of the meeting<\/span>, stating that they will accept the position for which they are nominated.
