SWISSPORT NEGOTIATIONS COMMITTEE

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

The nomination and election process has now been completed and the following
Members are your Negotiations Committee:

Scott McKinnon
Vern Williamson
Marybeth Westman
Valentina McAdams
Kulwinder Dhaliwal

The Union has requested that we start Bargaining in the month of July. We are
currently waiting for confirmation of dates from the Company.

In the meantime the Negotiations Committee will be in the workplace with a
survey. We are requesting that Members please take the time to complete the
survey and hand back to your Committee Member. The surveys will also be
available in both the Shop Committee office and the Local Lodge 16 office.

We will continue to keep you informed as to the progress of the negotiation
process.
