Help end poverty wages in BC
Low-wage workers in BC are falling further behind. So today I’m telling the Fair Wages Commission to take the bold step of getting to a $15/hr minimum wage no later than January 2019.
To truly build an economy that works for everyone, we need to raise wages quickly and eliminate all exemptions, like the liquor server wage.
To make it happen we need your help. We need you – and five of your friends – to tell the Fair Wages Commission it’s time for a $15/hr minimum wage. Having your say is easy, watch our video about why it’s so important to raise the minimum wage.
