• IAMAW Transportation District 140 Convention Notice of Motion:
  The Executive Board of Local Lodge 16 advises to send two (2) guests to the Transportation District 140 Convention in Toronto, Ontario from October 23rd2017 to October 26th2017 .Lost time, travel expenses and per diems included.
  
• IAMAW Screeners Conference Notice of Motion:
  The Executive Board of Local Lodge 16 proposes to send six (6) delegates, one (1) from a class 3 airport, one (1) from a class 2 airport and four (4) from a class 1 airport to the IAMAW Screeners Conference. Lost time, travel expenses and per diems included.

The General Meeting is open to all bargaining units and the members of Local Lodge 16. It is encouraged for all members to attend and participate. Please note that the quorum requirement, as per ARTICLE D SECTION 3 of the IAMAW Constitution, is set at 20 members.
