DISTRICT 140 CONVENTION DISPENSATION

Dear Sisters and Brothers,
Unfortunately we weren’t able to obtain quorum at our general meeting on February 21st 2017, as such we were not able to conduct nominations for this year’s District Lodge 140 convention, In Toronto, Ontario on October 24th and 25th.
District lodge has granted us dispensation to hold nominations at our next general meeting which will be March 21st 2017 at 3:30pm at 7980 River Rd, Richmond BC. 
Elections will still occur on April 17th, and absentee ballots still must be received by March 20th 2017 as previously communicated.
