- Notice(s) of Motion:
Ø The Executive Board recommends that Local Lodge 16 send five (5) delegates to the Annual District Lodge 140 Convention October18th– 20th 2016, in Banff, Alberta. Lost time, per diems and expenses covered, not exceeding $15,000. Nominations February 16, 2016, elections April 19, 2016. 
Ø The Executive Board recommends that Local Lodge 16 send ten (10) delegates to the IAM Grand Lodge Convention September 4th– 9th 2016, in Chicago, Illinois. Lost time, per diems and expenses covered, not exceeding $45,000. Nominations April 19, 2016, elections May 17, 2016.
The General Meeting is open to all bargaining units and the members of Local Lodge 16. It is encouraged for all members to join and participate. Please note that the quorum requirement, as per ARTICLE D SECTION 3 of the IAMAW Constitution, is set at 25 members.
