POST CERTIFICATION OJT DUTIES LEAD SCREENERS
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
The Company and the Union have reached an agreement that provides for the performance of Post Certification On the Job Training (OJT) duties by Lead Screeners in accordance with CATSA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
Effective immediately, Lead Screeners will assist the Training Department in providing 1:1 Post Certification OJT in the NPS, FBS and EDX certifications to Screening Officers.
There is no change to the current designation status (i.e., PBS versus HBS) of the Lead Screeners for the purposes of shift bidding, resulting from this agreement.
