- Nomination and election of 4 delegates (Screening Officers) to attend the Screeners’ Conference in Ottawa. February 4 – 6, 2014. Delegates need to meet the eligibility requirements of the Bylaws.
- Prize Draw for the Membership Survey to take place during the General meeting.
- Elections for Executive Board and Chief Shop Steward for all bargaining units. Polls open: December 17, 2013 7:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm. Location: Local Lodge 764 Offices, 7980 River Road, Richmond BC. Members will need bring one piece of picture ID.
General meeting open to all bargaining units and the members in Local Lodge 16. Encourage all members to join for the General meeting.
